It serves as the fourth marvelous installment in the series of a Brain Test, introducing a beautiful cast of characters with new mechanics and fun-filled gameplay. The game has featured hundreds of challenging levels with new customization mechanics; however, most are brain teasers. Level 1
Tap the window on the right side to solve the first level until the girl sleeps.
Level 2
Open the cupboard on the right side, drag the bottle, and put it on the face of the girl to remove acne. Repeat the process multiple times until all acnes get removed.
Level 3
Level 3 requires you to tap all five cats; three are visible, while two are hidden. You have to tap three cats individually, drag the fish to the plate after getting it from the girl’s hand, and tap on the other cats.
Level 4
To complete the fourth level, select both eggs and place them below the dialogue box.
Level 5
Select the cheese and put it on the cake to get a Cheesecake.
Level 6
Level 6 won’t be easy to complete; however, you can use the tail as a lever to move the tongue. The tongue may move in a particular direction until you turn your phone upside down to change the alignment of the cat.
Level 7
Level 7 features a fatty cat, which tasks you with stopping the cat from eating so much. To complete the level, you must drag the cat to the weight machine and hold it for a few seconds. When the screen shows 400+, lift your finger instantly to complete the level.
Level 8
To complete Brain Test 4 Level 8, swipe the screen left to right and stop when you see the sun. Wait a few seconds until all flowers blossom, and tap the biggest to complete the level.
Level 9
Level 9 is considered completed when you discover the biggest carrot. To find the carrot, you must pull the plants from the land and tap the biggest carrot to win.
Level 10
Level 10 requires you to shake your phone after tapping the pink-colored bottle to help the girl eliminate dandruff.
