Logitech G Reveals 15 New Products at PLAY 2026, From a Reborn Yeti 2 to a McLaren Wheel

Logitech G used its annual PLAY showcase to unveil fifteen new products in a single morning, the widest refresh of its gaming lineup in years. The event streamed live from Los Angeles on September 23, with parallel viewing parties in Warsaw and Shanghai, and covered everything from competitive PRO Series gear to a rebuilt Yeti microphone and a McLaren-liveried racing wheel.

A PRO Series built for the next decade

Ten years after the original PRO line launched, Logitech G refreshed its flagship esports gear with four new products. The PRO X3 SUPERSTRIKE mouse replaces its microswitches with the company's new Haptic Inductive Trigger System, cutting click latency and, according to Logitech, delivering a 50 percent gain in power efficiency over its predecessor through a new NxLOGI chipset. It pairs that with a HERO 2 sensor rated to 48,000 DPI and lists for $199.99.

The PRO X2 RAPID keyboard swaps in custom magnetic Hall-effect switches with adjustable actuation between 0.1mm and 4mm, an onboard OLED display for tuning Rapid Trigger and polling rate without alt-tabbing into software, and an 8kHz report rate. It is already shipping at $229.99. A PRO X3 LIGHTSPEED headset with a 48kHz studio-grade microphone and a PRO X Control mousepad round out the refreshed line, with the headset following on October 8.

The Yeti grows up

Logitech's Blue Yeti microphone gets its first ground-up redesign with the Yeti 2, and the changes go beyond a new shell. An onboard proximity sensor tracks a speaker's position in three dimensions and adjusts gain, EQ and pickup pattern in real time, while a separate AI-driven de-noiser is built to isolate a voice from room and keyboard noise without extra software. A 1.3-inch color display sits on the body itself, showing an 8-bit Yeti mascot and letting streamers flip presets or directional modes with a physical dial. It records at 24-bit/48kHz and is available now at $159.99 in black or white.

More DPI for gear you may already own

Not every announcement required new hardware. Logitech G is pushing a free firmware update to the existing G502 X PLUS and G502 X LIGHTSPEED mice that raises their HERO sensors to 44,000 DPI with independent X and Y sensitivity adjustment, alongside new colorways for both. The ultralight G305 X SUPERLIGHT adds a Lilac finish, and a compact G316 X 75 keyboard joins the lineup for players who want a smaller footprint without dropping to a membrane board. A new G-KEYCAPS collection brings PBT keycap sets themed around Forest, City, Battlefield and Castle designs to personalize any of them.

Console audio and a McLaren-liveried wheel

On the console side, ASTRO's A50 X wireless headset and base station picks up a new Mars Red edition. The bigger news for sim racers is in Logitech G's growing PC-only racing ecosystem: standalone versions of the G923 wheel and the RS50 direct-drive system are now sold on their own rather than only in bundles, alongside new RS Pedals SE with Hall-effect brake and gas sensors for finer pressure control. The showpiece is the RS50 McLaren Racing Edition, an 8Nm direct-drive wheelbase finished in McLaren's papaya and black livery with a wheel rim modeled on the MCL38's steering wheel, priced at $899.99 as a complete bundle.

What ships now, what's still to come

Availability is staggered across the fifteen products. The PRO X2 RAPID keyboard and the Yeti 2 microphone are already on Logitech's own store as of the September 23 reveal, and the RS50 McLaren Racing Edition is listed for immediate order as well. The PRO X3 SUPERSTRIKE mouse and PRO X3 LIGHTSPEED headset follow in early October, and Logitech G says pricing and launch windows for the remaining accessories, including the G316 X 75 keyboard and the standalone racing hardware, will roll out region by region over the coming weeks.
